Events

On the ground floor you will find our 400 sqm Black Box, for congresses, car launches and social events. Due to the flexible walls, the Black Box can easily be divided into three smaller spaces. With our 9 meter high ceiling for light and sound, we literally put every product in the spotlight.

Next to the Event Centre,you will find Vinki Beach. The private beach with sunbeds, parasols and seating area, provides a view over the Vinkeveens Plassen and can be reserved exclusively for team building activities, a drink, or live barbecue. At the private harbor, sloops are available for rent, by yourself or accompanied by one of our skippers. Everything can be combined!

 

Meetings

Up to 1300 sqm meeting space

On the ground floor you will find our 400 sqm  Black Box, wherein theatre setup, guests can be seated for an organized presentation or a virtual meeting. The area can be split into three separate rooms; Island 1, Island 2, and Island 3. In the connected Box Lounge, guests can be welcomed and also the breaks can take place in this area. Of course, weather permitted, the breaks can take place at our outside terrace next to the Vinkeveense Plassen.

The first floor contains several coffee bars, 2 boardrooms and 9 meeting rooms. With a view over the Vinkeveense Plassen from our meeting rooms and catering from The Harbour Club, an unforgettable brainstorm session or meeting is guaranteed.

Catering from The Harbour Club

Catering can be provided from The Harbour Club, well-known for the fresh sushi or dishes from the grill. Rather want an approachable sandwich lunch? Our guests can also choose for luxury sandwiches and daily fresh soups from coffee bar, Vink.
